Tom Cruise will be appearing solo on the Jin-hosted YouTube variety show, 'Run SeokJin.'

In news that has caught fans of both Tom Cruise and BTS member Jin by surprise, the two superstars are set to meet on the online variety show Run SeokJin, which is hosted on the official BTS YouTube channel.

Korean media reports that Tom Cruise filmed the episode of Run SeokJin during his visit to South Korea earlier this month during promotions for Mission Impossible: Final Reckoning, the eighth Mission Impossible film. His May 7 visit lasted for two days and one night and involved attendance at a press conference as well as the red carpet.

The report also noted that it will be a solo appearance by Tom Cruise on Run SeokJin, with fellow cast members Simon Pegg and Greg Tarzan Davis appearing on Korean hip hop act Epik High's YouTube channel instead. The appearances on both YouTube channels will be released before and after the release of Mission Impossible: Final Reckoning.

Tom Cruise's guesting on Run Jin is just the latest surprise that Jin has spring on the BTS ARMY, as the singer also recently announced his upcoming solo tour "Run Seokjin EP Tour."

The "Run Seokjin EP Tour" will kick off on June 28 and 29 at the Goyang Sports Complex Auxiliary Stadium in Goyang, South Korea.

Following the opening shows, Jin will head to other major cities, including Chiba and Osaka (Japan); Anaheim, Dallas, Tampa, Newark (United States); and London and Amsterdam (Europe).
